Live MiniMeet Up Makes Minis Even More Fun

We had our first MiniMeet Up Instagram Live event on Friday, May 7 at 8pm ET and spent a few quick-moving minutes with a bunch of mini Instagrammers (pre-scheduled and randomly selected!) during the 30-minute broadcast. What a blast!

Live MiniMeets are a really fun and a casual way to put faces behind some the accounts you follow (or need to follow!). Check out their latest projects and workspaces and to hear chats about all things miniature!

On our first MiniMeet Up Live, we caught up with miniatures collector Troy Bettridge from @TulsaTinyStuff, Des from @LittleStuctures (Winner of HGTVs Biggest Little Christmas Showdown), miniatures maker Alice Zinn @Iamazinn and artist Nika Benne from @NikaHBenne (Episode 1 Biggest Little Christmas Showdown). You never know who might pop up on the MiniMeet Live!

To watch/join me on future MiniMeet Ups, simply log on to Instagram from a mobile device/tablet and look for the Instagram Live prompt on the @dthomasfineminiatures account. If you want to appear live with me, DM me in advance to let me know you are interested or send me an invite to join during the broadcast. I'll try and connect with as many makers, collectors and enthusiasts as possible during the 30 minute broadcast. Be sure your camera and audio is enabled in your settings. It also helps to make sure you're in a well lit setting!
